What You Will Need:

Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
A desire for continuous learning and growth.
2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
